The Rev. R. Michael Mayor - Rector

Mike became rector of All Saints in December 2002. He has degrees from San Diego State University and Seabury-Western Theological Seminary. After ordination in 1996 he served parishes in central Maryland until coming to Utah. Mike has done extensive post-graduate study in congregational development and family systems theory. Mike is a consultant in the fields of stewardship, evangelism and congregational development. Mike and his wife, Liana, have been married since 1990. They have one child, Justin, who was born in July of 2005.

The Rev. Mary Janda - Associate Rector

Mary is the Associate Rector at All Saints. Prior to ordination, she was an English teacher for grades 6-12. A Cradle Episcopalian, she served in various lay ministries in four different states and three different countries before moving to Utah in the fall of 1995. Mary worshiped and served at St. James' in Midvale. It was here in the Diocese of Utah that Mary received her seminary education along with online courses via CALL from the Church Divinity School of the Pacific in Berkeley. Mary was ordained Deacon in June 2007 and priest in January 2008. Mary and Jim have been married since 1978 and they have two adult daughters.

The Rev. Anita Catron, tssf - Deacon

Anita became the Parish Deacon at All Saints in June 2011 when she was ordained to the vocational diaconate. A 25 year resident of Salt Lake City (23 at All Saints), she has also lived in 6 other states and 3 other countries. She speaks Spanish, Portuguese and French.  Anita is a graduate of Hood College and Middlebury College and received theological training through the Diocese of Utah Ministry Formation Program. She is active in a variety of immigration and justice issues. She is a professed member of the Third Order, Society of St. Francis (Episcopal), in which she served as Minister Provincial.  Anita has 2 married adult daughters and 4 grandchildren.

Steve Alder - Parish Administrator

Steve has been working for All Saints since February 2010.  As Parish Administrator he provides necessary administrative support to both the staff and the programmatic life of the parish and serves as the accounts payable clerk.  In addition to his work with All Saints, Steve is a freelance advertising consultant and is a Deacon in the Episcopal Church serving another congregation in the diocese.

Marlin Haws - Choir Director

Marlin has been choir director at All Saints since January 2006 and in January 2010 became Director of Music assuming the additional responsibility of organist. Marlin has perrformed with multiple choirs, including the Utah Symphony Chorus, and Salt Lake Men’s Choir. Marlin started playing the piano and organ for church at age twelve. He has had several years of professional voice lessons and has won several competitions and was awarded a music scholarship to Ricks College, now BYU Idaho, in 1990.  Marlin has lived in Salt Lake since 1997 and has been a member of All Saints and a member of the choir since 1999.

The Rev. Ernest L. Bebb - Associate Priest

Ernie and his wife, Jane, came to Utah and All Saints from upstate New York in 1968. Ernie was ordained a priest at All Saints in 1988. He is on the University Hospital’s Pastoral Advisory Committee and has served as a Sheriff’s chaplain for Salt Lake County. He is retired from the University of Utah as director-emeritus of the University Union and a past president of the Association of College Unions International. Ernie received his MA from Michigan State University.  Their son, Kevin, is also a parishioner.


The Reverend Ron Belnap - Associate Priest

Ron was ordained priest December 5, 1991 and has served as Vicar of St. Jude's in Cedar City, Utah and has volunteered in Prison Ministry for 12 years.  Prior to becoming a Priest he worked as a professional social worker and holds a masters degree in that field.  He has an interest in Creation Theology and children and youth as participants in the life of the parish.  He received his MDiv from Church Divinity Schoolof the Pacific in Berkeley, California. Ron lives with his wife, Nancy of 31 years, in Sandy. Between them they have had seven children, two of which are deceased, seventeen grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
